Location

Sanctuary Villa Resort is situated at Grafton Estate, between Mt. Irvine and Black Rock. The fabulous view is of the Caribbean Sea and famous Buccoo Reef. Sanctuary Villa Resort is nestled in the embrace of the luxuriant 260 acre Grafton Caledonia Wildlife Sanctuary. The airport is 8 miles away (20-minute drive) and 5 miles from the capital Scarborough (15-minute drive). Grafton Beach, Mt. Irvine Beach and Grange Bay are a few minutes away.

Accommodation

Luxury private villas and pools:

There are 9 tastefully furnished and fully equipped villas with large private pools. Each villa features air-conditioned bedrooms, bathrooms, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher), a spacious living and dining area, a hi-fi CD player, telephone, cable television, a washer and dryer, an electronic safe and a BBQ pit.

Semi-detached "Heaven" villas with plunge pools or Jacuzzis:

20 smaller villas with the same amenities as the above but with 10 ft x 12 ft pools. These beautiful properties built in the Island Vernacular style with high ceilings and dormer windows are all distinctively painted in yellow, green and white with blue roofs. The rates for our "Heaven” villas are based on 2, 4 and 6 person occupancy.
