We are happy to offer the possibility for long term rentals (1 month or
longer) at our Heaven villas situated at the Resort. These beautiful 3 bedrooms,
3 1/2 bathroom villas with plunge pools offer every convenience you would
expect. These heaven villas offer partial sea view.
- Three bedroom villa all with A/c and ceiling fans
- Three and a half bathrooms
- Plunge pool 10 ft x 12 ft.
- Laundry room with washer & dryer
- Cable television
- Hi-fi CD player
- Direct dialing telephone
- Fully furnished and equipped
- Three days week housekeeping services
- Pool cleaning and chemicals
- Garden Maintenance
- 24 hour security
- Electricity bills and telephone bills are extra and need to be settled
monthly directly with the management office.
- We require 1 month’s rental paid in full and 1 month as a security
deposit. The above rates include taxes and service charges.
- We are happy to arrange car rental for a special monthly rate of US$
890.00.
